The above named puppy is purebred. The pedigree is correct and given at the time of this conditional sale. This puppy will be registered with the
CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB. The registration papers will not be received by purchaser until proof of spay or neuter by a veterinarian is provided.. At this time, the Conditional Sales Agreement will be deemed to have been completed. Transfer of papers will then occur.SPAY MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE 6 MONTHS OF AGE. MALES MUST BE NEUTERED BY 8 MONTHS. THE BREEDER MAY LAWFULLY REPOSSESS THE ABOVE SAID PUP FOR THIS OPERATION AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE, AFTER SUCH A TIME.
IF THE ABOVE DOG IS AN ADULT ( OVER 1 YEAR ), SPAY/NEUTER MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SALE.

CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB. The registration is given under the terms of the CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB. Non-breeding agreement (form#201) which the buyer agrees to sign.page 2

The breeder guarantees his/her puppy free of any sickness at the time of sale and will replace the puppy or refund full purchase price within 48 hours of the sale, providing the puppy is accompanied by a written certificate of non-health from a veterinarian.
The dog must, at all times throughout his/her life, be provided with a properly visible fenced yard or run complete with a comfortable shelter. Tying the dog on leash of any sort while unattended or allowing the dog to run at large is strictly forbidden and will result in the breeder lawfully taking the dog back for replacement elsewhere.
The dog must have at least one annual check up by a veterinarian and be given the full set of booster vaccinations recommended.
The dog will remain under the non-breeding agreement throughout his/her life and may not be bred under any circumstances.
The
breeder will be given first opportunity to take the dog back should the buyer be unable to keep the dog at anytime during the dog’s life. If the dog is returned within 30 days, in good condition, and resold within 30 days for the original purchase price, the buyer will be refunded full purchase price. The breeder has the option of charging a placement fee. If the dog is not resold within 30 days, no monies will be refunded. Under no condition is the dog to be destroyed, resold, taken to an animal shelter (S.P.C.A included), or given to any retail business ,friends, relatives or experimental research facility.BREACH OF CONTRACT WILL RESULT IN PAYMENT OF UP TO $5000.00 PLUS LEGAL FEES.
The purchaser will from time to time advise the breeder with any questions or problems he/she may encounter.
